  Please help us with the planning of our 2012 regional picnics/patient gatherings for individuals and families of all ages that are affected by autoinflammatory diseases. This survey will help us greatly to know where you want to see these get-togethers happen in the US, Canada or the world, and what kinds of things you would like to do at the event. Anyone with an autoinflammatory disease, their friends, families or those still seeking a diagnosis are welcome to attend.

  We will have more information soon, once we receive as many completed surveys as possible. Regional events will make it easier for more people to meet others in their area of the country, or the world. Our hope is that we can plan for these picnics/gatherings to happen on one weekend, so although we are all spread out, it will feel like a global party for autoinflammatory diseases!

    We are offering this survey to everyone, around the world. If there is interest in Canada, Europe, or the UK, we will share that interest with the Canadian CAPS Network, and AMWS-CINCA. Your responses will be private, but we want to get as much feedback as possible to start planning for these events right away. Thank you.
