Family meeting, October 15-16, 2011, Paris
A highlight in the life of the French AHC association, the meeting was marked by the attendance of the Italian association, and included the presentation of the IB.AHC project for a better knowledge of crises and treatments to apply to them.
Doctors who follow our association spoke about behavioral problems that occur in people with alternating hemiplegia (Dr Stéphane Auvin) in terms of frontal lobe syndrome and there was an update on the status of the research into the genes responsible for the disease (Dr Sophie Nicole, geneticist).
Then there was an enjoyable relaxing highlight to the day with a puppet and accordion show, followed by an evening meal.
On Sunday morning, the presentation of the Italian project by Rosaria Vavassori and Filippo FRANCHINI (AISEA Italy) took place and the draw for the raffle under the gaze of Michel from the Air France board, who kindly came to meet us.
The afternoon concluded with the General Assembly. The activity and financial reports were unanimously approved, as was the re-election of Jacqueline Lefranc.
